We want our clients to enjoy their hand crafted jewellery piece for years. To ensure your satisfaction, Kaufmann de Suisse offers a 10 day exchange policy for all purchases made online. Simply return the jewellery creation by registered courier or in-store and our sales representatives will complete the exchange or store credit once the item is recieved in its original condition.
